Ajoutez, sur feu doux, le Persil et remuez - Mélangez le Parmesan, la Farine et la Coriandre. Disposez sur du papier cuisson sur 1 épaisseur de 0,5 MM et enfournez, à 180 °, à four chaud, pendant 6 à 7 minutes ! Laissez refroidir 2 minutes et décollez les doucement avec 1 spatule ! 😋
